Building a home requires a partnership, one that thrives on open communication, clear goals, and a shared vision.

The process begins with a discovery call or email. Reach out to us and tell us a little about your concept, your property, and what you’re hoping to create. From there, we’ll begin a conversation to see if we’re the right fit to bring your dream home to life.

From the discovery call to preparing the site and laying the foundation to the final trim detail, we’ll listen and stay in close communication with you every step of the way. You’ll always know where things stand, what’s happening next, and why.

I’ve worked with Lighthouse Construction and Nick Manning, the man at the helm, on multiple large-scale projects, including the remodel of a restaurant and a private home, and I’ve been consistently impressed with their work. The quality of craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. The restaurant remodel was done on time and within budget, and the end result was stunning—modern, functional, and built to last. My home remodel was just as smooth, with great communication and a team that truly cared about getting everything just right. I highly recommend Lighthouse Construction to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy construction partner. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

If you are looking to build a new quality home, (or remodel an existing one) in Southwest Colorado, I would recommend you talk to Lighthouse Construction. Great company, I like their values and how they approach a project. As a real estate broker in the area, they are at the top of my list of who I recommend to my clients. They always seem to attract high quality sub-contractors too. The process of building a home can be stressful and they make it a lot easier than most builders I have worked with!

We are working with Lighthouse Construction and having a great experience all around. Nick Manning is overseeing the project and we feel especially blessed to have him on our side. His intelligence and building expertise are reassuring. His communication skills and stellar relationships with everyone involved have proved invaluable. All of the people working on the project have been helpful, patient, informative, and kind. Lighthouse Construction has a well established network of subcontractors for different skill sets to cover aspects of the job that don't fall into the in house building crew's areas of expertise. The quality of work all around is high. We feel as if someone is watching out for us, covering our back and making sure we're doing the right thing to protect our investment long term. The billing system is clear and transparent. I recommend Lighthouse Construction without pause.

Nick and Ryan helped us renovate a home we purchased in Cortez, CO. They started demo 3 days after we closed on the property and completed a thorough renovation on an agreed upon timeline so we could move in prior to the start of the school year. Both were great communicators online (we were working overseas during the renovation) and in person. They have a talented team of carpenters and contractors and are excellent leaders, project managers, and creative problem solvers. Their fees are fair and transparent. I cannot recommend them more highly.
